Computers Across America
CAA consumer rip-off fraudulant business scam lying company

Internet & Web

My office got a fax from Computers Across America saying that through our coprorate office we were all getting a good deal on computers. A few of us ordered them. We later found out that this was an unsolicited fax that was not cleared with our coprorate office.in fact, there is a citation filed by the FCC regarding this from another company they victimized.

Meanwhile, I and another associate had already ordered computer systems. November, 20, I paid via electronic check $893 for a monitor, keyboard, CPU, web cam and a Lexmark color printer. They say it takes 6 weeks tops. I received just the monitor about 3 months later. Then another month went by and I received the keyboard and CPU.

Despite many many phone calls, filing through the better business bureau, which is useless in case you didnt already know, and actually having the Judge Judy show call them and tell them I intended to takie them on the show and sue them, they have not made even the slightest attempt to send me the merchandise I paid for. I've also recenlty filed a report with the FCC and several other organizations.
