I recently requested case hardware from jewelryforhomes.com. Upon delivery I recognized the addresses were also little for my spouse to hold. I quickly approached the organization via mail and questioned when they might trade for addresses which were bigger from some of their different manufacturers. I obtained an answer recommending my spouse develop his claws therefore he might the addresses!!! And also the issue was handed down to another person. She sent me to inform me they released me a reimbursement and charged my 25% restocking charge. I replied to her & stated that I needed an change not really a reimbursement and requested for help seeking bigger addresses. A third-person replyed and would not provide any aid.

Whatever happened to customer support? I'm like I had been provided the run around and taken care of it as time passes & cash. I'd highly recommend you utilize another site when purchasing cabinet hardware.
