I just sent in my report to www.SCOTT-SCOTT.com as suggested — hopefully it will yield some positive results for a change, or at least bring these crooks to justice (Both current and former swindling crooks of Entrust board: Michael McGrath, F. William (Bill) Conner, David Wagner, Kevin Simzer, Peter Bello, Neill Duff, David Rockvam, as well as the crooks that initially abandonned ship and recently started another Fly-By-Night company called "Third Brigade" Brian O'Higgins, (peons) Dhanya Thakkar, Bill McGee, etc)

After accidentally discovering that Entrust (ENTU) has been delisted, I entered my E-trade stock account to find that all of my shares were missing. After some effort I found that my shares, which had been purchased at over $35, had all been automatically SOLD without my knowledge or consent in the transactions history section of my account as follows:
07/31/09 Reorganization ENTRUST INC LESS FEE OF - $20.00 -20.00 07/31/09 Reorganization -390 shares, ENTRUST INC CASH MERGER @ 2.00 780.00
They had the nerve to charge me $20 for this sneaky, unconsentual transaction involving ALL of my shares in Enturst (ticker: ENTU) being sold at just $2!!
This is a blatant scam aimed at shareholders, which facilitated the unconsentual, selling of people's shares at below-value prices. Entrust has a history of corporate fraud and deception aimed at shareholders going back nearly 10 years and this appears to have been the final act of grand theft carried out by the company's crook executives.
I have no confidence at all in the American (and in this case also Canadian) corporate system as it is entirely based on fraud and swindling rather than producing anything useful. I for one will be slowly cancelling the rest of my american and european investments before they too become toxic and reduced to nothing by these crooks which the SEC as well as europeans have no regulatory control over...
