Felicia Wycoff Took my money and did not send order. No reply to emails or phone calls

I ordered two items on http://www.trendyprincess.com and paid for two items through paypal, paying directly to Trendyprincess@comcast.net.
I received an email confirmation stating that I had paid. I never received my order through the mail. I called and left messages, I wrote emails and did not get any reply. Felicia Wycoff is a theif, she took my money and I later found out other people had the same complaint, that they paid her but never received their order. Felicia Wycoff should be in jail, her website is an internet scam.
