I received this email on the 3rd of Aug, and just thought it was a scam letter, but after checking my bank found that $97.90 was taken out. So i contacted first my bank and was glad it was still "pending" and stopped payment. (The bank is conducting and investigation)
Next I copied the web address and found it to be not complete, so i searched and found this site, and thanks to someone finding the phone number i was able to contact them, they did offer to cancel the account and all is being straightened out.
