Sold me counterfeit software microsoft office pro 2007 and kept my money

This company TradeMic.com offer many options of payment including PayPal and Protection Escrow "Escrow is a buyer protection program to ensure your money will not release to seller until you have received your items" only to induce you to purchase their merchandise... I, based on all the details offered by their website was induced to purchase not one but five Microsoft Office Professional 2007 described as legitimate software... At first I was kind insecure but the PayPal option of payment you know make you think that is legitimate business so I got the software... For my surprise less than two weeks a received the goods, sold one and next thing I know "

I received the software but it will not install. I spent 1-1/2 hours today and 1-1/2 hours yesterday on the phone with Microsoft and they can't get it to install either. It seems the software is for office professional "plus" although the box doesn't say so. I'll be calling Microsoft again in the morning. If they can't get it to work what do you suggest?" so I did the right thing refunding the money to my customer... So I wrote to the seller "Free" no response, so I started a dispute with PayPal... Seller wrote me back suggestion me to send the goods back for full refund... I spent another $50 shipping cost and till today all I got is broke promises... Also opened dispute with TradeMic, so far never got any response... So if you ready this I suggest never do business with this people. For faqs check my blog "chinascum.
