Maurice Levister Took My Money, Did not deliver promised advertising. No longer available

I hired Drive Forward Marketing to advertise my online store. They forwarded me to Maurice Levister to help and be my coach. He wanted to give me a website called You Found Help, and sign up for a campaign which would pay 110 % back if the campaing did not send 40000 visitors to my website.
It turned out that the website they were sending the visitors to was the free website not my online store. When I confronted Him about this he began to avoid my calls. Finally discontinuing altogether.in June He contacted me wanting me to Join him in a new adventure, setting up a Merchant Account in Pheonix Arizona. I declined. Since then I am not able to get in touch with anyone at Drive Forward Marketing or You Found Help.
I Paid Maurice $4800.00 for the campaign to advertise my online store. I am out that money plus $1800.00 and $1900.00 to Drive Forward Marketing for the online traffice that I never got. This traffic was suppose to be interested customers.
