Unauthorize change of my plan

Hello,
I have a very bad experience with verizon telephone company. I decided to reduce my monthly land line and international bill. My bad days start right there. I called verizon wireless 800# and made some changes to my account. But instead of reducing my bill it got very up. I called them, the represantitve from Fairx Virginia he told me his name Joshua, was very rude and with out listining me properly said charges are valid and he is not going to refund anything. I requested supervisor she endorsed Joshua. Then again I made some changes to my account but nexy month bill was slightly lower than previous month but changes were not I requested. I called again, same sttitude and bad bad customer service.
I again called and requested to go lower plan which they did. But they put me on high price internet plan from$15 to $40 dollar. I called again same rude people and weorse customer service. They rfused to credit my account.

Verizon is charging me twice for internet security monthly charges and when I call them they refud me. But this months they refused to refund me those charges. It is big time rippo. Please look carefully your Verizon bill. They made consumers accounts and stay adamnt.
