Technologies fraudulant consumer billing for ripoff web services not ordered ripoff

Eceived a hard-to-decipher bill that resembled a medical invoice. Almost paid it until I realized "my" phone number was not "my" phone number. On closer examination I realized the bill was for a web service that I neither ordered, wanted or received.

I'm out no money because I won't be paying the bill but I expect some aggravation. Shut these people - and others like them - DOWN.
