Rips off customers on fake ids, and lies to them via live chat Encino, California

I once tried to order a fake id from a-id.com, but found I had been ripped off.

I looked for a new site once a-id had ripped me off and found newidcards.com, a site that was intriguing to me because it allowed payment by credit card.

But, learning the error of my ways from my first encounter, I decided to check these guys out.

These guys are scammers, and I read on a board that someone's credit card info got stolen and used to by gift certificates.

I did some background searching and found that this site is run by someone named Ray Fray.

Ray Fray lives in Encino, California.

He pretends he's a legit dealer from the UK, despite having a LA County area code in his contact number.

This guy is an a*hole, feel free to spam him with hatemail for trying to decieve the general public.
