They will have plugged the IP of a contact server. The procedure for confirming that the e-mail host is legit isn't rocket technology. However they need access thru our firewall to check it, and that is insane. And when you attempt to examine options together they simply begin their hopeless work stating "I am sorry, but there is nothing that I - can do". They called me for their "workplace of the leader". Ya right, that may work.
