Debited $79.90 from my checking account without my permission. Their phone number is bogus

My checking account was debited without my permission for $79.90 and when the bank gave me the phone number it was bogus (led to a phone sex line). I looked up the website and there was no way to contact them to report what happened and try to get my money back.
