VIDEO PROFESSOR— I was also fraudulently billed $189.95 twice and being told its my fault. Agents were described in another report as "thug like", that is an understatement. Stole From Me Twice, On 6/03/09 And 6/24/09

I am also in the process of being ripped of by these people at video professor. They billed be twice on something I clicked on in era. I notified them and they said I went over a trial period. This has been going on since May. I have emailed them and spoke on the phone 3 separate times to 4 agents, 1 claiming to be a supervisor (Rashon, agent #2681) Tomisha, agent# 3009, whom I spoke with twice promised me twice "no problem" I was assured of my refund of 189.95, one from June 3, and the second one on June 24. I was told to look in my email for a "refund violation" which as of yet, I still have not received. So today I call again, and spoke to Dana, agent 1263. Again explaining my situation. He proceeded to twist my words and made this out to be my fault. I asked him "what if someone did this to your family or your mother?" He said something like " don't bring my mother into this".. (I'm sure this can be verified though their (video professors) supposedly recording of phone calls. Someone in another report described the agents as "thug like". Thats exactly how they spoke to me (Not Tomisha, 3009, though she lied to me in a very friendly manor)

I hope someone reads my report as well as the 244 other ones posted here. I don't consider myself to be a stupid women, but I feel like a giant fool. I cant beleive a big Co. Like this needs my $378.
