Alk co pilot 11 gps terrible support very over priced poor qualtiy program

This product is very over priced, Poor quality, The support is terrible, You can call customer support and sit on the phone for hours. Just to leave a message, And you might get called back anywhere from 3 to 7 days later. As far as the points of interest is concerned, Its great if you want to find a bar in the middle of no were! But to find a near by Walmart forget it. For a trucker you are much better off buying the cheapest GPS at you local truck stop. And put the 200 dollars you save to good use
