On 7/9/09, the company, "yoursupportdepartment.com, " had accessed my checking account and further removed $99.00 from it without authorization.
I called the company (1-888255-9978, toll free number) and only got a recording stating they are helping other customers. The recording directed me to the above website, which brought me here.
