Ripped off again ripoff business from hell

I cancelled my acount with AOL back in 2001 due to fraudulent billing practices. The run around I got from customer service was horrendous! I finally gave up and changed my account numbers. AOL contacted me by mail with an insulting letter claiming I owed them additional funds.

Since then, I have moved to another state, have changed internet providers twice, and I find that AOL is once again taking money out of my account. Customer service is useless.

Is anyone out there taking legal action??? Let's do something. This is outrageous!
