Amnesty financial unauthorized debt to checking acct $33.98- did not sign for this and refuses a refund or overdraft charge refund

This is an unfortunate scam preying on people applying for payday loans. The company states that you enrolled in their program and therefore they are charging the fee of $33.98. There is virtually no email verification on this transaction. I am 100% confident I did not sign up for this bogus service. This debit caused on overdraft fee and they refuse refund. I want everyone aware of this scam. I am a victim of two unauthorized charges under different companies (ID Theft Protection $33.98 & Payday Loan Resource center $17.97).

Doing furthur research, I found that both companies referenced above are associated with Amnesty Financial aka Last chance payday loans. They tell you that when you fill out an application, you are enrolled in these services.
Kind of funny that both these so called companies operate under the same address of: 5025 N Central Ave Phoenix, AZ 85012.

I went ahead and reported this company (s) to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Comission. The Phoenix Police Department was contacted on this crime as well. The number I called was 602-262-6151. I will be filing a police report with the Phoenix Police department and should have it handled (reported) today. If you are experiencing this unacceptable act, please do the same... The more people who complain the better chance of getting these companies in trouble for this scam...
