Com this company installed a trojan on my computer and then made itself appear to be an anti virsus

On 25 june pop ups displayed on my computer stating I had 10 trojans and my computer was infected. Once i clicked on to this page it stated i could purchase this anti virus removal for 59.00. I purchased this product but never received. 79.00 was taken from my checking account. I tried to reach but was unable to speak to anyone that would help. The person that answered claimed she worked for another company.
