I was searcing the internet for coupons and now I keep received cash advance apps, newsletters and a charge from an ID Theft Company Internet

I was searching the internet doing surveys and signing up for free product.

I have received a charge from my checking account for $33.98 from ID Theft. They are refusing to refund the money. I never received a sign-up confirmation e-mail from them. They stated I should more careful. They stated I need to go the nearest police department, fill out a report for fraud, fax it to them and THEN they will decide if they will refund me!
