They charged my checking account without consulting me first, and claim they sent me an e mail, they are willing to put the money back into my account, however, they are not willing to pay the overdraft fee. N/a n/a

This company automatically charged mychecking account without my knowledge, and their explanation was this is something they just started this year. My problem is that I am on a strict budget, and I don't want them to automatically take anything out of my account. They are willing to put the monies back, but not the overdraft fee which I feel is their responsibilty, for I never gave them permission.
