Has been charging $44 to my checking account and do not know where they got my information

They have been charging my checking account $44 on 4/07/09,6/16/09 and 6/29/09 and i never signed up for this. They have constantly overdrawn my checking account and i never signed up for it they had wrong e mail, wrong phone number, and incorrect address.
