Bits Bites And Pieces
Its bites and "RIP OFF" had my laptop for almost 3 wks to reinstall a program and did NOTHING!

This computer store advertises all over the media so I decided to take mine there. HUGE MISTAKE, left it with them for 2 wks was to be diagnosed and I was to receive a phone call before fixing. A week and a half later I had to call them. A simple corrupt program re-install was it. I went to pick it up and pay at normal bussiness hrs. Store closed. Returned the next day computer not finished, told to return the next day.

I did only to find no one there again I waited finally someone showed up. He had to call another employee to bring my computer I had to wait, at this point decided done or not I was taking it. He arrived to tell me work was done but cooling system was bad I could leave it and be repaired by 3 that afternoon. I did not Payed what was agreed. Got it home turned it on and to my surprise nothing at all was done to it.

Still works the same as the day I dropped it off. Now I'm out the money I paid for the repairs plus the cost of going there 3 different times! I will have to pay someone else to repair it. AND he tried getting me for more repairs that I'm not sure needed done. So warning to all I guess just because they spend money on advertising doesnt mean they're any good!!! I'm very disapointed and angry!
