Using Blubster to download music may not be compatitle with all PC's, however there is no contact information other than an e-mail address and I have never received a response. It was impossible to burn the CD and there was no help available at all. Beware of this product. I also started to receive Pop Ups every second after downloading the program and as soon as I removed it for my computer the Pop Ups stopped.
