Does not return phone calls for service help

We have been trying to get this internet company to come out to put in high-speed internet at our house for over a year and a half. They would repeatedly say someone will call us back. Finally someone came out, then left after three hours saying he gives up because he couldn't get a signal, and the home base wasn't helping him. He treated his co-worker badly. We called and complained because 1) the worker not do what he came out to do, 2) he was going to leave without telling us we asked if he was done and he said no and he gives up and he wasn't making any money here and 3) he critisized the company he works for in front of a customer! We were to get a call back the next day.

Weeks later, we called back because the company didn't send anyone else, or even have the courtesy to call us. After several more calls and broken promises that they would have someone call, they finally managed to get someone to come out to the house. When they arrived (the same two men as last time) it was raining so they came back two days later.

The internet worked great for a month or so. Now error messages come up and we can't connect, even though the box says we are connected. We are supposed to get called back, but it is not happening yet. I has NO customer service. This company knows they are our only option and they act as if they really don't care. If there was another carrier, I would definitely go to them, but for now I am stuck with 15 of 18 months of my contract with this place.
