Sadly, the CEO and owner (Jit Kumar) of Xcel Solutions is a man of no integrity, and a liar.

I have seen several anomalies, he fires people without paying him their current month.in Mexico he fires people without paying them "liquidacion ni finiquito"

He lies to companies, and make up deals with companies that Xcel hasnt been in touch with.

He didnt gave us our paycheck 1 week late, and we had families to feed.

He fired a friend because my friend got sick.

He uses bad language and insult his employees.
