The products sold by this company contain harsh chemicals (Sodium Laureth Sulfate) which damaged my scalp resulting in a skin condition called seborrheic dermatitis. After learning that this ingredient was the cause of my condition, I obtained an RMA # to return the products. I returned the products, but have not received a refund or a response from DreadHeadHQ in spite of multiple e-mails and phone calls I have made to try and get my money refunded. My MAin complaint against them is that they ignore their customers and do not respond at all when you try to contact them.
