I obtained A Contact from Electronic Caucus stating that the domainname that I had been intrested in was available in a particular cost. I settled with my charge card thru paypal and received a bill for my purchase. A few times later I received a reimbursement from paypal after which I received another E-Mail from the business named ITDOMAINNAMES stating the domainname has become available at three times the cost I settled for this. I am unsure what is happening but anything appears uneven.
