Just Another Victim Of The Alyon Scam

We were initially billed in November. After a shocking examination of the bill, which was for $119.76, it was decided that we may have been surfing on the date in question, but never KNOWINGLY meant to use a "pay per view" service. We discovered that their connection process includes downloading dialer software on our computer which "placed a call to Alyon's switch site in Union City, N.J.

We naturally challenged this charge and went through a lengthy appeals process which did nothing more than to reinforce their stand that we made these calls (as they appeared on our phone bill) and therefore owed for them.

We went back and forth for some time, but our patience ran out as my wife and I are both disabled and were tired of this whole thing, so we offered to settle and received a 15% discount to pay off the whole bill. We wish we had known of this site before we paid the bill off. Thank you.
