Astonish SEO contracted with us to GUARANTEE results within 3 months. At the three month point Brian with Astonish SEO had not archived the results. We gave him an extra month to do such, with no results.

Astonish SEO Guranteed top ten rankings within 25% of our keywords on Google, yahoo and MSN. (now BING)

Our first point in case, we never picked Keywords for any of our websites. Where is the benchmark for their 25% "gurantee"

Astonish SEO also argues that our contract is "null and void" because we did not pay ontime. Our contract clearly does not state a payment due date, and Astonish SEO was always paid before the end of the month, usually around the 10th-15th of the month.

The Contract between us and Astonish SEO States:

Within a 3 month period of time Astonish SEO will achieve top 10 rankings for at least 25% of the clients keywords (TBD). This will be on a per site basis. Top 10 rankings are determined withing Google, Yahoo, and MSN.

If Astonish SEO fails to achieve top to rankings for any given website/url, we will refund the total fee associated with that site. If client chooses to do so.in this contract each site has a fee of $650.00

-Our offer to Astonish SEO was very simple, kindly remove your "content" and issue a refund and we will part ways. This offer has been muddled up with threats that we voided by not paying on time. Unfortunately since Astonish SEO will not own up to their own mistake, they will pay for it in due time.
