Ripoff, fraudulent billing for adult web site, Elizabeth N.J/Norcross

In January we received a charge for 611.00 from Alyon Technologies for an adult web site. The charge was addressed to my deceased mother-in-law.

After sending them several letters to disprute this charge they cont. To insist it was ours and after showing proof they changed the charge and put it in my name. They insisted we had to pay this. We never used the site and after seeing your reports found their minidialer in our phone dial-up networking. We deleted the dialer.

I can't believe that this company can still be in business. I hope that the government will shut them down. We have told them that we will not be paying for this rip-off. We have even contacted our own attorney for advice. I hope that the states involved cont. To file suits to shut them down.
