OUTBLAZE.com, Recently Purchased By IBM Unreasonably blocks our IP rented in May completely free of relay and spam

Since less then one month we started using server which we rent from US based company, just to find out that Outblaze.com unreasonably blocks our 2 IPs. I have complained to Outblaze and they gave me completely unreasonable answer, without any facts.

Your webhost's mail server is in a range blocked due to several high volume
unsolicited bulk mailers hosted across the range.

Please ask your webhost to fix this and contact us, then we will remove
the block.

In the meantime you can resend your email using your dialup/cable/DSL
ISP's SMTP server and it should get through

They expect to be authority on blocking bulk mailers, but do not have any facts that our IPs ever sent any junk.

This company Outblaze Limited shall be closed.

I do not recommend anyone working with the company nor using its services. They blocked our regular e-mail messages because other companies included them. I rarely see that someone uses Outblaze.com but if receiver use it, our e-mail message cannot pass through.
