Promised website able to recoup investment thru their coaching Las Vegas

The pitch was designed to assure that the investment ($8880.00) would be recovered within six months or the company would work with me an additional six months. I received one-on-one coaching as promised and was allotted 8 one hour sessions per week.

Upon completion of the coaching sessions, the website was complete but there it was left - left hanging was what to do next. As a complete novice, I felt like I was dropped off on the side of a lonely road miles from civilization at night with no clues as to direction. Absent was any direction on how to go live or how to issue the press release and bullet points necessary to find placement on the most popular search engines.

When I requested an addition two hours of coaching, I was told it would cost $100.00 per session which would be a hardship as I had invested nearly all of my discretionary capital in the initial investment. Not the least bit of consideration as to the plight of someone without the skills they promised to make money on the web.

Because of my severe lack of expertise, I'm paralyzed and don't know where to turn. The online webinars promised as part of the package never materialized after sessions 1-4. I was promised email notification of the live webinars but after number 4, it was like I was erased from the alert list.

I believe what I thought to be a well oiled, highly professional marketing company dedicated to earning a profit through assisting those interested in attaining online success turned out to be long on promise and short on delivery. They took all of my investment and returned perhaps 25% worth of content. The sweet feeling of potential future success in online marketing has turned sour from the lack of delivery on what was promised. The salesman, Mike Morgera, was very effective in selling the dream and I came to trust his words since I wanted to believe. I wanted to believe that I, too, could become self-sufficient in internet marketing. What is disappointing was no follow up from Mike. After my credit card was processed, that was the last I heard from him.

In conclusion, I feel as if I've entered the ranks of the cynical as one who has had a dream and swallowed a nightmare. Every time I make a payment on this investment, I'm reminded of how so many gullible people are taken advantage of. If Triad Media would follow through with what was promised I would walk into the sunset a happy man. If I fail on my own, so be it. But failure based on a broken promise is unacceptable.
