Charged me for a download I do not want and have refused a refund

I downloaded the program but do not like it. I asked for a refund and finally did receive a reply which indicated that they do not generally give refunds or credits. This company should be out of business with policies such as this. Advice to all; do not download this program. It is merely a search engine of sorts that directs the user to sites where movies can freportedly be download (MAYBE). IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!
