Charging my bank $49.95 per month for an unknown product or service

As stated, a $49.95 charge appears in my back account each month since March. I've inquire at their site with no response. There is no paper trail of my inquiries as everything is done online. I have a speech disability and cannot make use of their customer service number.
I want the money back, since I have no idea what I'm paying for.
