They charged my credit card without my consent Online

On May 29,09 I noticed 11.99 missing off of my State Issued Child Support Credt Card and since I knew I had not used it I looked into it. I was informed that 11.99 was debited from my account from emusic.com I have never heard of this and went to view the page on the web
Then I got angry because I have never even seen that page! I did not give them or anyone my credit card information so they stole my CHILD SUPPORT and took food out of my children's mouths literally!

I tried contacting them by phone but all voicemail boxes were "full" I have sent emails to cancel an account I never even registered for and one to have my money refunded. I have read others complaints and doubt I will hear back at all so I decided to all that I can and that started here!

I don't even know how this happened... I never went to the page... I don't use my card online... So how was this company able to do this?
I feel violated and very angry! C'mon a CHILD SUPPORT CARD they are taking money from children what kind of people do that?!

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the consumer complaints. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
