No contact with them possible after i laid a complaint

I am experiencing exactly the same as Jdaley, Saint John, NorthWest Territories, Canada. I cannot access the site from my computer for some or other reason. It keeps saying site not found or you are not connected to the internet. I have an amount of R703 pending that i do not want to pay. To date i have not downloaded one thing from the site. I queried online since i am in South Africa and could not phone and still have not heard a word from them. They deducted R567 twice from my account already. If anyone can please supply me with an email and/or telephone number to call so i can cancel any further subscriptions i would really appreciate it. Or how i can have all further subscriptions cancelled immediately.
