Charged $39.95 fee for Adult web services that were not authorized

I just checked my debit card balance and history this afternoon. I was charges 14.95 by 'Passport to Fun" and $39.95 by "YESCARDUS"

I did not charge anything out of the ordinary recently. I cannot get a hold of either company to cancel and reverse these memberships.

One shows up as AP9*PASSPORT TO FUN, 888-840-6303, CT

The other as YESCARDUS, 209-7534154, CA

Can anyone provide help with how to get my money back? I would never allow someone to charge me $39.95 for adult content on the internet!
