I ordered a blog toolkit from this company for $1.97 and was charged for a membership that I knew nothing about. They charged me $39.95 and when I called to inquire about it, the agent was rude and condecending. He said that I just didn't read the terms and conditions, but when I agreed to the $1.97, there were no terms and conditions for a membership that cost $39.95 a month.
My sister is the one who discovered the charge on our joint account and made me aware of it, after she called the company and talked to them. When I called them, Bryan accused me of being her and he thought we were the same person.
Bryan also told me that this company is accredited with the BBB and when I researched this, I found this to be a lie. The BBB gave this company a C - due to the amount of complaints about them.
