They advertise cheap software. No store front only online, I canceled my order, haven't seen my money back

They advertise cheap software. I found out that they don't have a physical address to buy at, they only sell online. I ordered on there website and was called the next day about not being able to send me the software on some flimsy excuse. I demanded my money and they said that they would cancel my order. But days later the money is still not in my hands or account. They have the rudest customer service people on the planet, while their sales people are smooth-talking sales crooks. They don't tell you that the cheap software they are selling is not complete, can't be used more than once or something like that. They don't tell you they may not have it in stock before you pay. They want to hold on to your money and MAYBE send you the software. Watch out for this crooked company. They're doing some shady things
