Matthew Jales, 3rd Party Who Billed My Cc Ripped off by Matthew Jales AND Mony Tree Systems the 3rd party billing company Sandy Utah

After months and months of the same emails appearing I decided to check out the free offer. I clicked on and was taken to Matthew Jales site where for $1.97 I could receive the report describing what was needed in order to make money "working for Google". All this was bombarded with AS SEEN ON Oprah, CNN, Good Morning America, you get my drift. I went several of the experts sites and sur eenough there was a pitch for how to make money working for Google. OK, impowered I think for less than two dollars I will at least get the report. I read the fine print, sent off my credit card number and well I am still waiting for said report.

In the mean time yesterday (6/1/09) I receive my latest credit card statement with, you quessed it the charge for $1.97 on 5/4 and right below it a charge for $72.21 on 5/14/09. The first charge states "For refunds call 866957 Sandy Utah", thats all. Number one that is not even a complete phone number. OK next charge says "5/14/09 MONY TREE SYSTEMS 866-3336895 $72.21.
Imediately I called Mony tree, to be told that they where updating their systems and call back. When I ask? Well I can give the information to our data entry department and have them cancel this. Hmmm I ask how are you going to do that when you have not ask me my name, address, etc. OH she states then just call back. OK I call today at noon and get a nice guy named Brady. Brady tells me before asking any info other than my name, that when I "clicked the sumbit button, I agreed to what ever terms was on this site". NO I submitted an order for information only as was stated repeatly in the email.

Bottom line I am still unable to cancel this repeated ammount of money that will hit my credit card any day now, and now if you go to Mony Tree Systems on the net you get a disclaimer stating they are only a third party billing company and have nothing to do with this Goggle scam. This information was NOT on their site yesterday because I went there. So I have disputed this with my credit card company and taken steps to ensure no addtional charges are on my next statement, I have written this report, I am aslo filing a complaint with BBB. Please everyone BEWARE... I like the rest of you who have been ripped off did not have an extra $72.21 to spare. I like many of you have no job at this time, and NONE of us need the out and out LIES these companies are feeding us. Just a quick post script, this Matthew Jales supposedly lives very near me, hmmm imagine that his address now phone number is not on any reference I have checked.
