I signed up for net detective because my grandson is in a very potentially harmful situation when he goes with his mother. I needed a criminal background check on her boyfriend and net detective advertised exactly what I needed to keep him safe. This sight told me absolutely nothing more than I could get out of the yellow pages. The person I was looking up was in jail at the time, on related charges, and I could not find out anything about him unless I went to an "up-grade", available only after a monthly rate. Shame on them! I looked over the web sight again and couldn't even find anywhere to file a complaint! We have to keep our guy safe. What do we do now?
