Double Charged Then billed again 3 months late

I made an effort to buy the Imtoo video convertor in february and clicked on the paypal option. I went through the steps and everything seemed ok until the purchase was finalized and I didn't receive my authorization code. I tried to log in again, this time when I clicked on paypal it brought up window that stated paypal was not an option for this type of purchase. I then clicked on the swreg option and paid by credit card as I needed the sotware for a deadline. Got my code. Checked paypal and saw transaction was underway. Used the paypal contact info to address issue with Imtoo - no response. To top it off I received an email from swreg a few days (end of May) ago stating I owed them 29.95 for a pending transaction (imtoo). This has become so convoluted with swreg, paypal, and ImToo. I will infact never purchase anything from ImToo, and will close my paypal account.
