This software does not do what they claim and support? There is none

I have had this on my computer for about a year and have noticed that the update feature does not work. Uppon checking into the problem I find no customer service number listed on there web site I got the onformation from the rebuttal on this web-site?
That is just poor business.

Fix your problems spyzooka or refund my money.
