On Feb, 10 of 2008 I ordered a Cd on how to obtain Grant funding for $1.88. Then on feb 25 I noticed a debit of $99.00 on my credit card from the same company. I have tried numerious times to get a refund from this company for the $99.00 but to no avail, they keep promising but don't deliver.
