You get what you pay for - Internet hosting

I will start by saying that outsourcing is going to hurt all companies that do it. The have below standard employees with little to no knowledge of there product. Very poor communication skills and not to mention the phone connections are always full of static. As for 1 and 1 the company, the have no business hosting sites, they should just start some email scam, it's more there speed. I have had a host of billing issues as well as technical issues. My fault! You get what you pay for!!! I have learned my lesson and highly recommend you stay away from them.
