No item, christian louboutin, waiting China

I bought some Christian Louboutin black pumps from this website for $115. I made the payment through NPS Global and two weeks later have not received the item.

The company, www.clhotsale.com, have said that they have not received the payment even though I have had the money taken from my account. They are saying that they will get back to me when the money is received.

If the money has already been taken from my account surely they should have received it by now?
