LaptopZ.com, sent wrong keyboard, difficult to communicate with them

I ordered a Dell laptop keyboard and they went the wrong one. Dealing with this company to get the correct keyboard has been a joke and a major headache.

These people barely speak or write English. They are operating out of an apartment in Brooklyn. I have emailed, chatted and phoned trying to resolve this issue. Not one of their responses have correctly addressed the problem.

Please save yourself a lot of trouble and do not buy anything from these people.
