I've decided to send this email because I am just fed up with everything about your service. We have had so many issues, yet we can never seem to get them resolved. We haven't been able to watch anything on Demand for months, but it's only on our DVR. We get error 4 everytime and have called about this repeatedly, yet there was no consistent answer. I'm assuming there is only one answer, so it should be straight across the board. As if we could get that lucky! Why is it even called customer support? We've had to exchange our boxes several times, on multiple occasions to get one that is worse! I had to go into the pflugerville office to exchange a box after the associate told me to come back on a certain day and there would be a better one waiting for me. So, I go before work and after 9 BC that is the time they open. Myself and quite a few other customers sat there and waited as long as we could for one of your staff members to show up. Eventually I had to leave and get to work, so that was a complete waste of time for me. I have
3 children on top of working, please tell me where I could possibly find the time for this crap. The final straw was today!!! You finally tell us you will send a tech out and make sure someone is home between 1 & 5. So we once again rearrange our schedules hoping this will be the resolution we've been trying to get. We should have known better, nobody showed up!!! No call, nothing. I call customer service at 5:45 and they tell me to give it an hour, because nothing has changed and someone would be here or we'd at least hear something. Once again nothing. I am about ready to go to AT&T, even though it would cost more money. It'd be worth it if I actually got what I paid for!
