New Tech Innovations - Did not do anything to fullfill this contract

On January 10th or 11th I received a phone call from an individual claiming to be Jim Lee and that he represented a company called New Tech Innovations LLC. He promise they would set up a web site for me for $147.00. I could advertise for 5 different companies and that I would get paid $20.00 to $55.00 for each person that ask for information on one of these companies. I agreed and my credit card was charged the $147.00 on January 14th.

In late January or early February I got a call from an individual who claimed to be Mac Bowers and he said that I cannot get any hits to my web site unless I advertised it. After several minutes discussion I agreed to take 50,000 leads at. 10 cents per lead, for a total of $5,000.00. The leads were to run 4,160 per month for 12 months.

This company never set up the web site and did not do any advertising as promised. After numerous attempts to contact them without any success, I came to the conclusion that they did not intend to keep any promises made to me.

I paid $5,147.00 to this company and have not received anything for my money. To date, they have not contacted me or offered to return my money.

I have my credit card statements showing I paid the amount stated above. I feel that this company is defrauding me and will never refund this money unless forced to do so.
