Ripping off people everyday

My husband and I have been using FullTiltPoker.com for over 4 years now. We finally decided to try using real money.

As the terms and conditions specify, each person can only have one account. So he has his account and I have mine. As both of our funds are drawn off the same account, we both used our debit cards to make deposits. My account froze immediately. His came up that the deposit was denied. I contacted Full Tilt and told them what happened. They then insisted that we broke the rules. When I explained that we followed their rules as they have specified on their website, they told me they would check into it. They asked for a copy of my drivers license, so I sent it to them. They said it was all cleared up. Still can't play.

Then we find out that the day AFTER his deposit was denied and froze our accounts, they deducted his deposit amount. When he requested they give it back, he was told that it is stated that any money deposited in the account was theirs if the rules were broken and his account was frozen. The day after?!?!?!?!?!

Now they refuse to answer our emails therefore, I am contacting every media vessel I can to get the word out there. Do not use this site for real money and for heaven's sake don't tell them if you and your spouse enjoy playing on their site. They will just say that you are cheating the system.

I know of many married couples that both spouses play poker, why are they being so discriminatory? Why do they have to steal money to make a buck?

My whole family is now boycotting the site (12 people). I suggest everyone else do the same. Maybe if we raise a big enough stink, we might at least get our money back.
